Bright Pilates studio with a Reformer, Wunda Chair and space for movement

Movement for everyday life

Start with the person. Build from there.

You might want to feel stronger, move more freely or return to activities you enjoy. Your starting point, experience and goals shape the work you do with your teacher.

Strength & control

Explore resistance, coordination and steady progression through equipment-based Pilates and movement practice.

Mobility & awareness

Take time to notice how you move, explore different movement options and practise with guidance.

Confidence beyond the studio

Work towards the things that matter to you—walking, training, playing sport or feeling more capable in daily life.

The space

A studio for focused, individual work

Our studio at 14 Devonshire Row includes a Reformer, Wunda Chair and space for movement practice, three minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street station.

The Pilates roots

A practice for life

Joseph Pilates developed the exercise method he called Contrology, bringing attention and control to physical practice. His work is the foundation of the Pilates taught around the world today.

What resonates with us is a simple ambition: to keep developing our capacity for movement throughout life. Strength, curiosity and the pleasure of moving belong at every age.

Irek Bialek

Irek Bialek

Pilates, movement coaching & rehabilitation support

Irek brings together Pilates, movement assessment, progressive strength work and hands-on bodywork. His approach looks at how you move as a whole, with a particular interest in the feet, walking patterns and the demands of everyday life and sport.

For people rebuilding confidence after injury or exploring persistent movement difficulties, sessions start with an individual assessment. Pilates equipment is one part of a wider approach tailored to your goals.
