A personal welcome
Created by a therapist, for therapists
I’m Irek, a movement and manual therapist with a strong interest in neuroscience and the relationship between physical, mental and emotional health. In my own work, I see these as closely connected parts of the same person.
I wanted to create a space where different approaches could sit alongside one another, with practitioners bringing their own skills, perspectives and ways of supporting people.
The City is full of ambitious people carrying demanding workloads and considerable stress. My aim is to give practitioners a welcoming base from which to support them—and a place where their own practice can grow.

Start with one regular half-day a week
A regular weekly slot gives you a consistent base for appointments. Start with one half-day and add time as your practice develops.
£300 per calendar month
For one regular six-hour slot each week.
Equivalent to £10–£12.50 per hour
Four weekly slots give you 24 hours (£12.50/hour); five give you 30 hours (£10/hour). The monthly fee stays £300. This is the equivalent rate for your regular slot, not an hourly booking rate.

- Additional ad-hoc time
- £22 per hour for contracted therapists, subject to availability
