Kerry is a musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist combining clinical rehabilitation with hands-on bodywork to support injury recovery, posture and long-term functional movement.
Having previously worked in finance, Kerry understands the postural strain, tension and burnout common in desk-bound corporate work. Her background in martial arts also gives her firsthand insight into the physical demands of high-performance training and effective recovery.
Kerry delivers tailored treatments suited to each client’s lifestyle. Whether working with athletes to maintain their condition or professionals experiencing persistent postural pain, her sessions focus on improving mobility and supporting overall wellbeing.
